We found a home we like, how do we secure it?

Congratulations! If you are not financing or you have already secured financing, you probably want to put a NONREFUNDABLE deposit down on your chosen home. A $1000 deposit will hold the home for 1 week or $1500 will hold it for 1 month. If financing is being obtained, $1000 and an Approval letter from the bank will also hold the home for 1 month. If financing will take longer than 1 month, please discuss this with the office. This deposit is applied toward the purchase price of the home.

Does Sherlock Homes Inc offer financing?

We do not offer financing. We recommend local banks. The office can provide you with a list of banks that other customers have had success with. If you are planning to go through a mortgage company, please speak to someone in the office.

What forms of payment does Sherlock Homes Inc accept?

We accept cash, check, cashier check or money order, or wire transfers. (For deposits we will also accept credit or debit cards.)

Does Sherlock Homes Inc negotiate or take cash offers?

Sherlock Homes provides the lowest cash price upfront. Our prices are firm.

What is included in the cash price?

We provide free delivery anywhere in Oklahoma! Setup is a separate price and will vary pending on where the home is going to be delivered. Setup does not have to be purchased from Sherlock Homes Inc, but our price is discounted for our customers and is very competitive.
